Monday Blue..... wake up at 7.30am get ready to work, but feel so tired and sleepy because yesterday was no time to rest busy , busy and busy weekend, so feel tired.......I miss my bed &.......my pillow....I miss u......Z...Z...Z...Zzzzzzzzz................................................................

True Fitness

True Fitness - my workout fitness centre.........yeah......i like workout, can be sweat and release myself when i feel pressure for my job. my favourite program is body jam, step ( free style ), body attack, hip hop and etc. Is great open at jaya33, is quite near my house just want to take about 20mint from here to my house.
